HelloCRM for Bigin #
This interactive guide provides step-by-step instructions to install, configure, and start using the HelloCRM extension in your Zoho Bigin account. This will enable you to send and receive WhatsApp messages, run bulk campaigns, and automate alerts directly from Bigin.

To begin, you must install the extension using the link that corresponds to your Zoho Bigin data center region. Selecting the correct region is crucial for the extension to work properly.
After clicking the link, follow the on-screen prompts from Zoho to authorize and complete the installation for your desired users or profiles.
Initial Configuration #
After installation, a few configuration steps are needed to connect your HelloCRM and Bigin accounts. This ensures that messaging, notifications, and logging work correctly.
If you don’t have one already, go to https://hellocrm.ai to register and create a new account.
- Log in to your HelloCRM account at app.hellocrm.ai.
- Navigate to Settings > Developer.
- Copy the API Key provided. If it’s not there, generate one.
- Now, in your Zoho Bigin account, go to Settings > Marketplace > Installed.
- Find HelloCRM for Bigin and click on it.
- In the extension settings, paste the copied API key into the Owner API Key field.
- In the Mobile Field, enter the API name of the field where you store phone numbers (e.g., `Mobile` or `Phone`).
- Click Save.
This final step is important for incoming message notifications to work.
- Go back to your HelloCRM dashboard (app.hellocrm.ai).
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Find Bigin in the list and click Connect.
- Follow the prompts to select your Bigin account and authorize the connection.

- Navigate to any Contact record in Bigin.
- Click the Chat button.
- A chat window will open where you can compose and send SMS or WhatsApp messages, use variables, and attach files.
