With built-in sender management, audience grouping, and template support, you can easily design, schedule, and track campaigns that reach customers on their preferred channels.

How to Use #

Step 1: Create an Audience #

  • Build groups of recipients in HelloCRM.
  • Add contacts manually or via import to create campaign audiences.

Step 2: Connect a Sender #

  • Ensure you have an active SMS number, WhatsApp sender, or email address.
  • Select the correct sender during campaign setup.

Step 3: Launch an SMS Campaign #

  • Go to Campaigns → SMS.
  • Choose sender, audience group, and SMS template.
  • Preview and schedule or send immediately.

Step 4: Launch a WhatsApp Campaign #

  • Go to Campaigns → WhatsApp.
  • Select sender, audience group, and WhatsApp template.
  • Preview and schedule.

Step 5: Launch an Email Campaign #

  • Go to Campaigns → Email.
  • Select email sender and audience group.
  • Write your content directly or use a block editor template.
  • Send immediately or schedule.

Step 6: Launch a Voice Campaign #

  • Go to Campaigns → Voice.
  • Select a voice number and audience group.
  • Choose campaign type: Agent Call, Text-to-Speech, or Recorded Audio.
  • Add agent, text message, or upload audio file.
  • Schedule and launch the campaign.
