The Quotes Module in HelloCRM allows you to create professional quotes and invoices directly from your deals. This ensures a seamless transition from negotiation to closing, helping your team send accurate pricing proposals and collect approvals or payments efficiently.

How to Use #

Step 1: Create a Quote from a Deal #

  • Navigate to the Deals Module.
  • Open a deal in the negotiation stage.
  • Click Create Quote.

Step 2: Add Decision Makers #

  • Enter additional stakeholders’ details if more than one approver is required.
  • Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: Add Line Items #

  • Select products/services from the Product Library, or create a custom line item.
  • Define description, price, quantity, and frequency.
  • Save items for future use in the Product Library if needed.

Step 4: Configure Quote Options #

  • Enable/disable signature fields.
  • Connect Stripe to allow online payments (optional).
  • Set the expiration date and add buyer comments.

Step 5: Publish & Share the Quote #

  • Review and finalize the quote.
  • Click Publish to generate the link.
  • Share the link via email or messaging channels.
  • Customers can open the link to view, sign, or pay (if enabled).
