Deals Module

The Deals Module in HelloCRM is designed to help you manage opportunities, track progress across pipelines, and keep all related communications tied to the right contact and company. With customizable pipelines, drag-and-drop stages, and built-in communication tools, the Deals Module empowers sales teams to close faster while staying organized.

Key Features #

Pipeline Management #

  • Create multiple customizable pipelines for different products or teams.
  • Define deal stages (e.g., Prospecting, Qualified, Proposal, Closed Won/Lost).
  • Drag-and-drop interface to move deals between stages.

Customizable Stages #

  • Add, rename, or delete deal stages.
  • Assign colors to stages for quick visual reference.
  • Drag and drop deals between stages as they progress.

Deal Creation & Associations #

  • Add new deals and link them to contacts and companies.
  • Assign an owner to each deal for accountability.
  • All activities are automatically tied to the associated contact record.

Integrated Communication #

  • Send Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Calls directly from the deal record.
  • The system automatically picks the linked contact’s details (email address or phone number).
  • Add notes or log activities to keep the entire sales history in one place.

Quotes Integration #

  • From within a deal, you can generate a Quote to share pricing or invoices with customers.
  • Quotes are managed separately and will be covered in the Quotes Module documentation.

How to Use #

Step 1: Access the Deals Module
#

From the HelloCRM dashboard, click on Deals in the left navigation panel.

Step 2: Add a New Deal
#

  • Click + Add Deal
  • Enter deal details (Name, Amount, Close Date, Pipeline, Stage, etc.)
  • Associate the deal with the relevant contact/company
  • Save to create the deal record

Step 3: Manage Pipelines
#

  • Navigate to Pipeline View
  • Drag and drop deals between stages as they progress
  • Customize pipelines and stages under Settings → Pipelines

Step 4: Track Activities
#

  • Open a deal record and log calls, meetings, or notes
  • Send WhatsApp, SMS, or Emails directly from the deal record
  • Review all activities in the unified timeline

Step 5: Forecast & Report
#

  • View total deal value by stage in your pipeline
  • Use AI insights to forecast revenue and close probabilities
  • Filter deals by team, region, or stage for detailed reporting
