The Contacts Module in HelloCRM is the foundation of customer management. It helps you store, organize, and manage all customer and lead information in one place. 🛠️ How to Use #

Step 1: Access the Contacts Module #

From the main HelloCRM dashboard, click on Contacts in the left navigation panel.

Step 2: Add a New Contact #

  • Click + Add Contact
  • Enter details (Name, Email, Phone, Company, etc.)
  • Save the contact to update your CRM instantly.

Step 3: Import Multiple Contacts #

  • Navigate to Import Contacts
  • Upload your CSV or connect with external integrations
  • Map fields to HelloCRM properties and complete the import.
